This membership is for individuals who volunteer, officiate and support from On the Bank. Please note, this membership does not include a Waterways Licence. You need an On The Water membership to gain a licence.

Is Your Waterway Covered?
Whether SUP, canoe, or kayak, British Canoeing On The Water membership gives you a licence that opens up 4,500km of water for you to enjoy. Use our look up below to check if your waterway is covered. Simply start typing a name, such as Trent, Thames, or Windermere, or hit Show All. If you don’t know your nearest waterway type in your postcode, and hit the Search by Postcode button, and it’ll return results for waterways in a 30 mile radius of your postcode.
